Dutchmen Construction was founded in 1993 by local resident Tom Nevins with a mission of providing home improvements to residential and commercial clients in the Rockland and Bergen County areas.

Tom was born and raised in Orangeburg, New York and takes great pride in the work he does for it's residents.
